Cable Assembly and Wire Harnessing

info@scalarmanufacturing.com
Scalar Manufacturing and Simco bring full traceability to wire harness and cable assembly, down to the person who did each process.  ISO 9000 quality and meticulous process control are Simco's main advantage.  Strict process control also allows for consistent and low pricing.  Our cable assembly pricing is among the lowest in America.
Our processes regularly incorporate various sizes and types of wire, solder and crimp terminals and pins, and customer-specific electronic components.  Capabilities include cutting and following cables at specified lengths, routing the proper insulators for wiring applications, crimping ends for proper connector placement, wire marking, shunting, welding, molding and soldering.  Simco is ISO 9001:2008 certified and UL certified.  UL labels are printed on location.  Learn more by contacting us below, reading below, or requesting a quote.

Simco NJ brings high quality, low cost cable assembly and wire harnessing to Scalar Manufacturing.  Simco is a real-life example of using high quality to reduce costs.

Simco's most unique systems is their proprietary Interlink Job Shop (IJS) software. IJS integrates the otherwise discrete processes of a cable assembly shop, allowing full traceability of every job.

But at what cost is this traceability?  None.  Actually, the traceability saves money.  By knowing every job and every process in such detail, Simco is able to reduce prices and bring you the highest quality, lowest cost product.

Equally important is Simco's quality management system (QMS).  Simco achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in just two months, the ISO minimum.  While no further certifications are planned, the QMS is believed to satisfy the traceability and quality management required by AS9100, TS16949, and ISO 13485.  With all products made in the United States, ITAR certification would also be easily implemented.  Simco is open to gaining these certifications as their customers so need.

Simco is also the only American cable assembly authorized to print UL labels at their location.  This UL certification means that Simco does not need to send parts out for UL labels, and also means that the Underwriters Laboratory audits Simco every calendar quarter.

To the right are examples of Simco assemblies, but there is no "typical" assembly for Simco.  Assemblies as simple as a wire with a connector or complex enough to require special tooling and specialized assembly.
